What areas do you serve?
Davis, Weber and Morgan Counties — Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, North Salt Lake, Layton, Ogden, North Ogden, Mountain Green, Morgan, Huntsville and Eden. We stay inside a tight radius deliberately: it is what lets an owner be on your property during the build.
Do you do design as well as construction?
Both, and that is the point. We have an in-house designer, so the plan and the crew that builds it answer to the same team. You can also hire us for design only if you want a plan before you commit to construction.
What does a complete project include?
Three phases under one contract. Sitework and excavation — grading, drainage, retaining walls, site prep. Hardscape and structures — pavers, concrete, outdoor kitchens, fire features, pools. Landscape installation — irrigation, planting, edging, rock, mulch, sod and lighting. You are not coordinating four contractors and hoping they agree.
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
